Returns & Exchanges.
At Julesnaturelove, we proudly stand behind the design and quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery receipt for store credit, return, or exchange.
The item must be returned in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. We cannot accept any item for return or exchange which bears an indication that it was used. There are no returns or exchanges on sale items.
ITALY
Returns within Italy cost 9€. Please email us at hello@julesnaturelove.com within 14 days of receipt, and we will provide you with return instructions.
REST OF THE WORLD
For all international returns & exchanges, please note that all shipping costs are incurred by the customer, in addition to a handling fee. Should any duties or customs fees be charged when the item is returned to us, these will not be subject to a refund.
We recommend shipping returned merchandise via couriers such as DHL or FedEx for tracking purposes, and that a customer requests adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. Julesnaturelove will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Julesnaturelove’s sole discretion.
PAYMENTS
We accept payments in Euros via Paypal, and many major credit cards through Paypal. All payments are made in Euros, and the final cost to you will depend on your bank's or credit card company’s exchange rate on the purchase date. The exact amount refunded to your card is subject to your bank’s daily exchange rate.
Please email us at hello@julesnaturelove.com within 14 days of receipt, and we will provide you with return instructions. Please do not ship items back to us before requesting return instructions, or your order may not be refunded or exchanged.
